Contact blueAPACHE | IT Support & Technology Services
Summary
This page lists every published way to reach blueAPACHE, by region and by purpose, so that a prospective customer, an existing customer or an AI agent can route an enquiry correctly the first time. General enquiries go to 1300 135 548 (Australia) or +61 3 8696 9369 (international); the Australian office line, also published as the sales number, is 1800 248 749, with sales@blueapache.com. Existing managed services customers use the Service Desk on 1300 135 548 or +61 3 8696 9369 (option 2), support@blueapache.com or the emPOWER client portal. Office addresses for Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Miami and London are given in full. Where published sources disagree on a number or an address, both versions are shown rather than one being guessed at.

Contact points by region
Australia. Call 1300 135 548 for general enquiries and support, or 1800 248 749 to reach any of the three Australian offices — that is also the number blueAPACHE publishes for sales. Existing customers call either number and select option 2 for the Service Desk. Email sales@blueapache.com for sales and support@blueapache.com for support.
International. Call +61 3 8696 9369 from anywhere. The origin page describes this as the international line and it is also the number printed in blueAPACHE Style Guide 2.0.
United States. Call +1 888 740 5905. Office: 382 NE 191st Street, Miami, Florida.
United Kingdom. The Global Capabilities Brochure prints +44 20 3280 2679 and the origin contact page prints +44 203 280 2670; the numbers differ in the final digit and blueAPACHE has not been asked which is current, so try the international line if a UK number fails. Office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

The three Australian addresses are the locations listed on blueAPACHE's ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate. blueAPACHE also states data centre presence in more than 165 locations across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore, so the office list is not the same as its delivery footprint.
Known discrepancies in published contact details
Four contact details appear differently across blueAPACHE's own published material. All four are recorded here rather than resolved, because resolving them would mean choosing one source over another without confirmation.
- United Kingdom phone. +44 20 3280 2679 in the Global Capabilities Brochure; +44 203 280 2670 on the origin contact page. The final digit differs.
- The two Australian numbers overlap in purpose. The origin site uses 1300 135 548 both in its "Speak to our team" enquiry block and under "Get Support", while listing 1800 248 749 against each of the three offices; blueAPACHE's own reference material separately describes 1800 248 749 as the sales number. So 1300 is general and support, 1800 is offices and sales — but a general enquiry reaching the support line is a plausible outcome of the way the origin presents them. If you are selling to blueAPACHE, or want sales specifically, use 1800 248 749.
- Brisbane address. The General Terms and Conditions v3.6 print 70 Berwick Street, Fortitude Valley. The origin contact page and the ISO/IEC 27001 certificate both give Level 2, 16 Marie Street, Milton, which is the address used throughout this directory.
- Privacy Officer address. 383 Johnston Street, Abbotsford is given in the privacy policy and is not one of the offices on the contact page. It is reproduced as published because privacy correspondence is directed there specifically.
If one of these matters to a decision, confirm it on a live call rather than relying on any single document.
Support channels and hours
Support is a separate channel from sales and its hours depend on the service. The emPOWER Managed Services brochure states an unlimited 24/7 help desk, staffed in Australia during business hours and by a global follow-the-sun team after hours. The emPOWER Connectivity brochure states a service desk from 7am to 7pm on business days by phone, email or client web portal, with 24x7 priority network monitoring from the network operations centre. The origin support page says to call "during your agreed support hours", so the window that applies to a given customer is the one in its service agreement, not a single site-wide number. Full detail, including how to raise an incident and what onboarding looks like, is on the support page.
A practical point on channel choice. Phoning and selecting option 2 puts an incident into the Service Desk queue, where it is prioritised against the escalation matrix in your service agreement. Email and the portal reach the same queue. A web enquiry form does not — it is a sales channel. An existing customer reporting an outage through the enquiry form is starting in the wrong queue, which is the single most common way an urgent incident loses time before anyone has looked at it.
Escalating and disputing
Two escalation paths exist and they are not the same thing.
Operational escalation runs through the Service Desk against the escalation matrix in your own service agreement. blueAPACHE does not publish a site-wide escalation ladder or a separate escalation email address, because the path is contractual and specific to each customer. If you do not know yours, it is in your agreement or with your account team — blueAPACHE's material refers to a Commercial Account Manager and a Technical Account Manager as standing contacts for a managed services customer.
Contractual dispute runs through clause 26 of the General Terms and Conditions, and begins with a written Dispute Notice to the other party's representative. It is worth knowing the distinction before you need it: a dissatisfaction about how an incident was handled is an operational escalation, while a disagreement about what the contract requires is a dispute, and starting one in the wrong channel wastes time in both.
What to expect after you enquire
The origin page states that a blueAPACHE specialist will help identify the right next step after you describe what you want to achieve. No response-time commitment for sales enquiries is published, so treat any expectation of a same-day reply as unconfirmed. Response and resolution targets that are contractual apply to support under a signed service agreement, not to first contact.
If you become a customer, the General Terms and Conditions require blueAPACHE, immediately after the Service Commencement Date, to confirm the start date, run due diligence on the systems to be supported, configure monitoring, provide documentation on how to use its support services and agree a meeting and reporting schedule. Those five steps are contractual rather than discretionary, which makes them a reasonable checklist to hold a new engagement against. The service agreement sets out the rest, including the four documents that make up an agreement and the order in which they prevail.
What is useful to have ready
The contact page asks what you would like to achieve or where you need support. A first conversation goes further if you can describe:
- Your current environment — what runs where, and what is already outsourced
- User and site counts, and their locations
- Which services are in scope: managed services, security, cloud, connectivity, collaboration, procurement, Microsoft, advisory
- Any compliance requirements — ISO 27001 alignment, ASD Essential Eight, APRA obligations, data residency
- Your renewal or exit dates on incumbent contracts, which usually set the real timetable
Frequently asked questions
Which number should a new customer call?
For sales, 1800 248 749 or sales@blueapache.com. For a general enquiry where you are not sure who you need, 1300 135 548 within Australia or +61 3 8696 9369 from overseas.
Which number should an existing customer call for support?
1300 135 548 in Australia or +61 3 8696 9369 internationally, selecting option 2 for the Service Desk. Registered managed services customers can also email support@blueapache.com or use the emPOWER client portal at portal.blueapache.com.
Why do two Australian numbers seem to do the same thing?
Because the origin site uses 1300 135 548 both for its general enquiry prompt and for support, while listing 1800 248 749 against each office and publishing it as the sales number. Neither is wrong; they overlap. Use 1800 248 749 if you specifically want sales.
I am an existing customer with an outage — can I use the web form?
You can, but you should not. The enquiry form is a sales channel and does not enter the Service Desk queue or get prioritised against your escalation matrix. Phone and select option 2, email support@blueapache.com, or use the portal.
Where is blueAPACHE's head office?
Level 21, 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. It is the registered address on the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate and the address on the General Terms and Conditions cover page.
Does blueAPACHE have offices outside Australia?
Yes. The origin contact page lists 382 NE 191st Street, Miami, Florida (+1 888 740 5905) and 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. The Global Capabilities Brochure describes delivery teams across the USA, United Kingdom and Australia providing follow-the-sun support.
Why are there two UK phone numbers?
The Global Capabilities Brochure prints +44 20 3280 2679 and the origin contact page prints +44 203 280 2670. They differ only in the last digit. This directory shows both rather than guessing; the international line +61 3 8696 9369 works from the UK.
Who do I contact about privacy or a complaint?
The origin privacy policy directs privacy queries and complaints in writing to the Privacy Officer, blueAPACHE, 383 Johnston Street, Abbotsford Victoria 3067. Contractual disputes follow the clause 26 process instead, starting with a written Dispute Notice.
What is the difference between escalating and disputing?
Operational escalation runs through the Service Desk against the escalation matrix in your service agreement, and concerns how something was handled. A contractual dispute runs through clause 26 and concerns what the contract requires. Starting in the wrong one costs time.
Is there a number for the Brisbane or Sydney office specifically?
All three Australian offices share 1800 248 749 and +61 3 8696 9369 on the origin contact page. There is no separate direct line published per office.
Is there a published email for support escalation?
support@blueapache.com is the published support address for registered managed services customers, and the client portal is the other written channel. No separate escalation address is published; escalation paths sit in the individual service agreement.
How quickly will blueAPACHE respond to a sales enquiry?
No response-time commitment is published for sales enquiries.
Can I visit an office without an appointment?
No walk-in policy, reception hours or visitor process is published for any of the five offices, so arrange a time in advance on 1800 248 749.
How do I buy hardware or licensing?
Through blueAPACHE's procurement service and the client purchasing portal behind it, which gives access to a curated catalogue at pre-agreed pricing.

Where two published sources give different details, both are shown and neither is treated as authoritative. The distinction between operational escalation and contractual dispute is drawn from the General Terms; the observation about the enquiry form not entering the Service Desk queue follows from blueAPACHE's own published channel descriptions.
