blueAPACHE technology vendors and partners
Summary
This page lists the technology vendors and partners blueAPACHE names in its emPOWER brochures and on its Our Partners page, with what blueAPACHE states it delivers on each and the partner tier where blueAPACHE states one. It is flagged as incomplete: blueAPACHE's authoritative vendor document could not be read, so the brochure-derived list was assembled from vendors named across seven readable brochures and is very likely incomplete; it should not be treated as the definitive partner roster. The origin Our Partners page, fetched separately, adds tiers and several partners the brochures do not mention, and shows a "Load More" control, so even the origin list here may be partial. Where a vendor appears only in an awards block, that is stated.

Other organisations named
| Organisation | Context |
|---|---|
| ServiceNow | The Zoom case study on the origin site says blueAPACHE's unified service platform is built around ServiceNow |

Carrier model
blueAPACHE does not name carriers. The emPOWER Network brochure describes a "tier 1 carrier-agnostic" approach, with the network "connected with a balance of globally recognised tier 1 players and specialised regional carriers", so that blueAPACHE can work with multiple partners on price and performance. Under clause 27.4 of the General Terms and Conditions blueAPACHE may subcontract without customer consent or notice, which extends to carriers.
How the partners map to services
- Cloud: HPE (emPOWER Cloud, STaaS), Microsoft (Azure, Azure Local, QMTH), Veeam (Entra ID and SaaS backup), VMware.
- Connectivity and network: Cisco and Cisco Meraki (core and branch), Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet (firewalls and SASE), AWS and Microsoft (cloud interconnect).
- Security: Microsoft Security and Sentinel, CrowdStrike and Huntress (MDR integrations), CyberArk (identity security), Mimecast (DMARC, email security, human risk), Rapid7 (cited).
- Managed services operations: ServiceNow (service platform), ControlUp (digital employee experience), NinjaOne (endpoint management and patching), Citrix (application delivery).
- Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCentral.
- Procurement and devices: HP Inc., Microsoft licensing, blueapache.store.
What this list does not establish
It does not establish partner tiers beyond those the origin page states, the commercial structure of any vendor licensing within a blueAPACHE fee (the DMARC brochure, for example, does not say whether Mimecast licensing is included), or the vendor behind Human Risk Management, which the brochure does not name. Third party terms flow down to the customer under clause 3.23 whether or not they were provided at signing, and third party price changes pass through under clause 12.5.

Frequently asked questions
Is this the complete list of blueAPACHE partners?
No. The brochure-derived list is very likely incomplete because the authoritative vendor document could not be read, and the origin Our Partners page shows a "Load More" control beyond the twelve partners captured here. Treat it as the named subset, not the roster.
What is blueAPACHE's relationship with Microsoft?
The origin page states Tier 1 Cloud Solution Provider, SPLA hoster and Qualified Multitenant Hoster; the Microsoft Practice page states Microsoft Solutions Partner across Modern Work, Infrastructure (Azure), Security and Data and AI. emPOWER Cloud's QMTH membership lets certain Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 licences run on blueAPACHE's environment.
What is blueAPACHE's relationship with HPE?
Gold Partner per the origin page. HPE Synergy, Primera and GreenLake underpin emPOWER Cloud on a consumption basis, HPE co-built the STaaS platform, and the Managed Services brochure cites HPE Service Provider of the Year 2021.
Which firewall vendors does blueAPACHE use?
Palo Alto Networks for virtual firewalls in the emPOWER Network, and Fortinet for CPE appliances, a hosted FortiGate HA hub with UTP and FortiClient EMS VPN in the Archers case study. The origin About Us page lists accreditations from both.
Which platforms run managed services operations?
The Zoom case study names ServiceNow as the platform blueAPACHE's service operations are built around, with Zoom and Zoom CX for the service desk and contact centre. The origin partners page names ControlUp for digital employee experience and NinjaOne for endpoint management and patching within Managed Services Re-engineered.
Who provides the MDR tooling?
The MDR brochure names EDR, ITDR and SIEM technologies and integrations with Microsoft Security, Microsoft Identity, Sentinel and CrowdStrike; the origin partners page adds Huntress for 24x7 threat detection and identity protection. blueAPACHE does not name a single MDR platform.
Which vendor is behind Human Risk Management?
The HRM brochure does not name one, referring only to "best-in-class technology" and "leading security platforms". Mimecast is blueAPACHE's partner for DMARC, email security and awareness training, but the brochure does not confirm it is the HRM platform.
Does blueAPACHE resell AWS?
AWS is named as a connectivity destination via Direct Connect from the emPOWER Network and as a direct public cloud option in emPOWER Connectivity. It is not stated as a partnership, and there is no AWS service page on the site.
Which carriers does blueAPACHE use?
None are named. blueAPACHE describes a tier 1 carrier-agnostic model balancing global tier 1 carriers and specialised regional carriers so it can choose on price and performance per site.
Are vendor licences included in blueAPACHE fees?
The brochures do not say; the DMARC brochure, for example, does not state whether Mimecast licensing is inside or outside the blueAPACHE fee. Under the general terms, third party licensor terms bind the customer whether or not supplied at signing, and third party price changes pass through to Fees.
