The roster by layer of the stack

What a partner tier does and does not tell you

Tier names are set by each vendor and are not comparable across them. HPE Gold, Cisco Select, Palo Alto Premier, Veeam Platinum and Citrix Partner Premier Service Provider sit at different heights in programmes with different numbers of levels and different qualifying criteria. A "Gold" in one programme can be the top tier and in another the third of five, and most programmes weight revenue and certified headcount rather than delivery quality.

What a tier does reliably indicate is investment: a higher tier usually requires a minimum number of certified staff and a minimum volume of business, which is a signal that the vendor's technology is genuinely in use rather than merely listed. Two further signals on this roster are worth more than the tier names. Microsoft's Qualified Multitenant Hoster membership is an audited programme with specific licensing consequences, not a sales tier. And a vendor giving blueAPACHE a speaking slot at its own customer event, as seven have at OUTCOME 2026, is a stronger indicator of a working relationship than a badge on a website.

Recent changes to the roster

Two partnerships were announced in August 2026, both tied to the "Managed Services. Re-engineered." launch. The Huntress partnership was expanded to accelerate access to enterprise-grade cybersecurity across Australia, putting 24x7 detection and response into the standard managed services base rather than leaving it as an upsell. The ControlUp partnership added digital employee experience and autonomous endpoint management.

NinjaOne named blueAPACHE its MSP Partner of the Year for 2026. All three of those vendors, plus HPE, Zoom, Mimecast and Microsoft, have speaking slots at the October 2026 roadshow, which is a reasonable map of where blueAPACHE's current emphasis sits.

What is not claimed

The origin page does not state a tier for eleven of the 26 vendors and none is inferred. Amazon Web Services is named only as a connectivity destination and CrowdStrike only as an MDR integration, not as partnerships. No individual telecommunications carrier is named anywhere; the network is described as tier 1 carrier-agnostic. Awards from vendors (HPE Service Provider of the Year 2021, Veeam Leading Partner of the Year 2018, CyberArk Global MSP of the Year 2021, Fortinet Australian Fastest Growth Partner of the Year 2021, Rapid7 APAC Fastest Growth Partner 2022) are cited from blueAPACHE brochures and recorded as blueAPACHE's own citations rather than verified against vendor registers.

How partner technology enters an agreement

A partner relationship does not specify vendor licences, support entitlements or implementation tasks included in an order. The KB’s third-party software material records applicable vendor terms and licence responsibilities. Subcontracting is a separate issue: blueAPACHE remains responsible for subcontractor acts and omissions to the same extent as for employees. Identify the vendor product, terms, support owner and directly contracted customer suppliers. A partner logo does not define the complete commitment.
