Case Studies | Real Client Outcomes
Summary
blueAPACHE's case study library documents customer engagements across retail, not-for-profit, insurance, manufacturing, strata management and healthcare, plus two studies where blueAPACHE is its own customer (its emPOWER Cloud rebuild on HPE GreenLake and its CyberArk identity security uplift). This page indexes the eight studies published on the origin site plus two further documented engagements, states the sector, the services used and the headline outcome exactly as the source document gives it, groups the studies by the problem they solve and by industry, and links to each study and to the relevant service page. Outcomes are reproduced only where the published case study states them; no figures are added.

How to use the library
Filter by service or industry on the origin page, or use the tables above. Each directory case study page follows the same structure: customer, sector, challenge, solution, services used and outcomes as stated in the source, so that comparisons across studies are like for like.
Dates matter here more than in most libraries. The Sealy study describes a 2022 go-live, the Honan and Berry Street studies reference the 2020 to 2021 pandemic period, the HPE study is from February 2021, and the Archers study is from 2026. Only the Archers engagement is recent enough to describe blueAPACHE's current delivery model without caveat, and it is the one to read first if the question is what an engagement looks like today.
What the studies do and do not establish
Taken together the ten engagements establish that blueAPACHE has delivered multi-country network and telephony rollouts, migrated organisations onto its own cloud and WAN, and supported a not-for-profit through a security certification. They are evidence of capability and of scope.
They are weaker as evidence of consistency. Two of the ten are blueAPACHE as its own customer. Most are five or more years old. Several report a single headline number without a baseline or a measurement period, which is normal for vendor case studies but means a figure such as the 65% telecommunications reduction should be treated as that customer's result under its own starting conditions rather than a rate anyone should expect. Where a source does not state an outcome, none is invented here, which is why some rows are shorter than others.
Engagements that exist only in confidential award submissions are excluded from this library entirely, so it is not a complete list of blueAPACHE's customers.
Comparing cases with consistent evidence questions
Distinguish customer, problem, delivered services and reported outcome. Check whether an example concerns blueAPACHE’s platform or a customer deployment and whether it is historical. Compare constraints as well as results: Archers’ legacy applications, Sealy’s staged networking and Lovisa’s number decisions are different problems. Use service pages for scope and the terms guide for conditions. A case is evidence of one engagement, not the next customer’s Service Description.
Sources and scope
This section connects the sources identified on this page with the KB service-scope catalogue and the terms and conditions guide. Comparison and planning points describe matters to settle for a proposed engagement, not additional service inclusions or new case-study results.

Frequently asked questions
How many case studies has blueAPACHE published?
Eight are listed on the origin site (Zoom, Lovisa, Brotherhood of St. Laurence, blueAPACHE Security, Sealy of Australia, blueAPACHE Cloud, Honan Insurance, Archers). Berry Street and a private pathology provider study are also documented, giving ten engagements in total.
Which case study is most relevant to a multi-site organisation?
Sealy of Australia (18 international sites migrated with no disruption), Archers (multi-site strata firm on fixed-price managed services with fibre upgrades) and Lovisa (telephony across 42 countries in four weeks) all address multi-site rollouts.
Are there case studies for not-for-profits?
Yes. Brotherhood of St. Laurence (WAN upgrade in 12 weeks and ISO 27001 certification in about six months to support an NDIS bid) and Berry Street (1,400 staff mobilised to remote work during the pandemic).
Which studies show cost outcomes?
Honan Insurance reports a telecommunications bill reduction of around 65%; Lovisa reports a cost-neutral business case; Archers reports spend stabilised on an opex model; the HPE GreenLake study reports blueAPACHE's own infrastructure costs aligned to customer revenue.
Why are blueAPACHE's own projects listed as case studies?
Two studies document blueAPACHE as the customer: the rebuild of its emPOWER Cloud on HPE GreenLake (published by HPE in 2021) and its CyberArk identity security uplift. They show the platforms customers consume. They are not independent evidence of customer outcomes and are counted separately here for that reason.
Are customer outcomes verified?
Outcomes are reproduced exactly as stated in the published case study documents and the origin pages, with the approximate date and a confidence rating recorded for each source. Engagements that exist only in confidential award submissions are excluded.
How current are the case studies?
Only the Archers study (2026) is recent. Sealy went live in April 2022, Honan and Berry Street date from around 2020 to 2021, and the HPE study is from February 2021. Confirm the current status of any older engagement before relying on it as a reference.
Is this every customer blueAPACHE has?
No. It is every engagement blueAPACHE has published or documented in material that can be cited. Customers who have not agreed to a published study, and engagements held only in confidential submissions, are not listed.
Can I speak to a reference customer?
No reference programme is published. Requests would go through sales, and whether a named customer will take a call is that customer's decision rather than blueAPACHE's to publish.
